YVote is excited to announce that applications are officially open for our 2025–2026 programs! This is your chance to join a community of young leaders who are shaping democracy right now.
Whether you’re interested in learning how democracy works, leading conversations about today’s most pressing issues, taking action in your community, or creating media that highlights youth voices — YVote has a program for you.
Programs You Can Apply For
- Democracy Camp
A year-long monthly workshop where students dive into the meaning of democracy, explore power and identity, and work together to design and present a Democracy Project at our final showcase. - Changemakers Institute
A year-long monthly program where NYC teens explore civic issues, power, storytelling, and communication, all leading to a final pitch where they share their vision for change. - Civic Fellowship
A national, virtual program where high school students meet monthly to learn from expert guest speakers, practice civil discourse, and engage in cross-partisan dialogue. - Days of Action
Monthly service days where participants work with community partners to make a direct impact on issues facing NYC neighborhoods. - Youth-Led Media
